This is a Pacific Electric switch built in San Francisco, CA in 1937 and Shipped to Sierra Pacific Power in Reno, NV. This switch was taken down August 5th, 2010 in Hirshdale CA off a 60kv line that was abandoned after copper thieves stole and cut down the line for about 10 miles. They took 3 strands of 4/0 copper, and the swich sat on 2 cedar poles on a "H" fixture type structure. I hope to have the switch put up next summer, and I have found another one of these but it was Damaged when it was cut down. I will retrieve it next spring and hopefully be able to find enough parts to restore it. Thanks for looking.
