Here is an earlier cobalt blue Russian piece, this one having the "Stolle Notches" above the wire groove, if I remember correctly, this piece was made from a re-tooled polish mold, same as the larger cornflower piece I have, it also has an amber swirl in the inner skirt, making it a bit different than the ones you normally see, a very nice piece.
