Dave Dahle, Dustin Logan and the GOM got me going on these "Frankenstein Switches' (again) ! Here is one typical of the style used on the PGE system in N.W. Oregon. This one has since been removed but I can think of several just like it still in use on their system, I just drove by one last weekend !
