Here is what I've been able to discover about this piece. Approximately 2 dozen were made to commemorate the anniversary of the Lisbon, Portugal telephone company. The insulator is a cream color with blue underglaze marking and striping. It is in mint condition. Please see additional photo for a detail of the top markings. The skirt lettering translates to "Lunch of the Old Guard". Ten times rarer than a cobalt splotch Kerr, but it's porcelain. I doubt you will ever see another one offered anywhere. $80 postpaid.
