This is a sneaky, easily overlooked sleeper to find. Stamp embossed CD 151 HGCO Petticoat. The vast majority of these are script embossed. Bluish aqua and has the following damage. Dometop small fisheye, several scattered fleebites, several small flakes on skirt edge, one of which slivered off half the 8 and all the 9 in 1893,1 drip flat removed, and 1 drip halved.
