Offered is a very unique Russian insulator. Ink blue with a close to quarter sized black bubble in the glass from the WG down to skirt shoulder. Bubble is rounded and shiney black carbon. Damage on this is to the inner skirt from pin cement removal(I didn't do it) and is a thumbnail chip. There are 2 base resting edge tiny flakelets which do not show. Displays VVNM from bubble side and bubble shows nicely backlighted as it's not a super dark blue. Chip is inside to rear.
