A street lamp collector found 3 pieces of Green Deltas in central Hungary at 20-30 years ago. Miklos traded with him for lamps and got two pieces of green Deltas.

ER-30 type Zsolnay Delta for 20 kV (right one). No marking, but the shape is just Zsolnay. I have read about green Insulators in Hungary, at the beginings here were used white porcelain ones only, and the book writes: "Sometime the Insulators are glased for brown or green because the cracks can be seen better." The brown Insulators were used better. I have never seen green Deltas in use in Hungary personally, the first generation of Deltas had globe-head like the HD German Deltas and I know, there exist green version, I very surprised, there exist newer type Delta in green on the photo..

I think, this green Delta survived the WW2.

Very nice and super rare addition of my collection.

And I surpried, Miklos found street lamp and bulb collector communas in Hungary : -) We can help each other in the huntings.
