A California CD 162 with the dot on the top. The purple gray two tone is a swirling pattern best seen in the large amount of dome glass. This picture was taken on a back lit shelf and has not been altered in any way. You can easily see the swirling in sunlight or if it is backlit. When viewed indoors only in room light, the swirling is not as easy to see and it tends to look more like a deeper purple. As for flaws, this is going to sound worse than it is, but it's better to mention it than not. There is a base bruise with no missing glass; seen on the left side; plus an open bubble on the base which can't be seen when displayed. There are a few superficial ticks on the wire ridges right above the embossing. Hard to see in the photo because they look like junk in the glass. There is also one small ding on the dome; which can barely be seen on the left side. More detailed photos on request. $95 plus actual shipping to the first person that commits to purchase. |
