Once word got out that the boxes stacked on the ground were full of half-off insulators, a crowd began to appear around them. The stack was quickly spread out and a decision was made to leave them as is, rather than set them up on a table. There was a constant beehive of activity around them all day and nearly 100 insulators from the group were sold by day's end.
