This is a great Italian MIVA model FT-120 Flamrex glass insulator. The FT-120 is the largest in the "FT" series and the dimensions are 5" tall X 3 1/4" Wide @ the base. The color of the glass is the fantastic PYREX yellow.

The FT-120 are less common in the "FT" series.
