Here's the affordable Tillotson: CD 131.4 LGT & CO. This is the [010] style. Damage consists of a 1/4" x 3/8" slice at the skirt, a couple of very small base slices, and a a no glass missing 1 1/2" stress fracture at the wire groove. It's actually in very good condition and a large milk bubble on the reverse side helps make up for any damage. Please see my other photo of the rear side for the bubble.
