The family and I were out at the park the other day when I saw an interesting pole to try my wife's new lens out on. Once I uploaded the photographs onto the PC I was surprised at what I discovered. Not one, but BOTH cutouts on the pole had fracture marks (cracks running vertical from the top insert to the center.)
