Certainly not a rare insulator but there should be one in every collection. You will be hard pressed to find a better looking CD 259 CABLE than the one being offered here. Certainly a "work horse" insulator. A sturdy insulator used in mills and heavy industry, so it's not unusual to find them a little beat up. This one has just a couple of pin pricks on one ear. I also noticed the embossing being off center. Now I'm not sure if that is commmon or not. I'm sure someone will clue me in. It's probably going to cost $10.70 to ship, so how about $18.70 and it will be shipped to you anywhere in the U.S.
