This listing is for an Armstrong's No. 3 Glass Insulator. It has a smooth base. One side Armstrong's No. 3 other side Made in USA 3 50.. It is root beer/straw in color, and the glass I would describe as crackle glass (see photo). It makes a nice addition to one's collection and displays nicely. I know nothing about insulators, so if you have any questions please ask and I will do my best to find out.
