I came across this bracket with two small foreign porcelains in the window of a garage at a garage sale in Vancouver, WA. The owner acquired it from an electrician she knew. When I told her it was probably of foreign origin she mentioned that he had been to Germany but whether he got the piece there is unknown.

Both insulators are cemented to the bracket with sulphur.
