Here is a U-864 LOCKE procelain power piece for sale. The only flaw is on the top of the wire groove there is a piece of porcelain missing, you can see it in the picture, it does not take away from the display of this insulator. Color is light blue. Asking $60.00 plus shipping to a location in the USA only. These are tuff to come by and the only reason this one is available is I replaced it with a mint U-864 that I got a couple of weeks ago.
