Pretty ice yellow tinted frog two piece fuse insulator from Italy. I have gathered that these are a CD 698.Insulator cap unscrews from base to insert fuse and wires go up thru the base and out thru V slots under the cap. These insulators are very delicate as the threading that holds the base and top together are glass threading. Very unique looking insulator. This piece has had one eyebrown broken off and glued back on as is shown and on the inside top of threads is one small, flat sliver which does not affect threads or securing the top.
