This is a nice go-with for the porcelain collector who also likes ashtrays. The piece reads on the back:

The piece is mint and measures 3 3/4" x 3 3/4" x 1 1/4" and has a pink/ light salmon color glaze.

Dave French just chimed in and got me the patent information for this piece. It was patented on 6 Septmeber 1938 by Freeman Richard Cass of the Mitchell-Bissell Co.
