I have two folders from 1929 about constructing a 33 KV wood pole transmission line in Cuba. One folder includes original letters sent to the Vice Pres. of CIA Cubana de Electricidad by the engineering department of the Electric Bond and Share Co. of NY. This folder contains a few specifications on construction and many large fold out blue prints detailing the work. The second folder is one of only twelve copies of the complete specifications on construction. Blue prints in this folder include details of insulators and tie wires and other components of construction. Insulators mentioned for the project include PP #6198, Locke #6510, Lapp #6810, and others. Both folders in good condition considering their age and material of paper.
