From left to right and sold individually (from my specialty collection of duplex insulators): #1: Light aqua CD 188 bears the Nov 23, 1886 patent date, nice air bubble, a bit of mold distortion at the top or was too hot when pulled so it tips a bit at the top, very shallow flake at the base edge, wire rubbing at side of the hole, and some typical chipping around the hole when the glass cover was busted out. $20 ; #2 Dark aqua, a bit squatty for these CD 188s, the top is very rounded like the glass had been to hot and settles a little, bears the patent date like #1 but very faint, $30; #3 light aqua on bluish side, has a really could top almost like a ring with super embossing of the patent date, it does have two chips at the pinhole opening...looks to be one event that reached across both side of the hole, $20; #4 dark aqua with a nice patent date with well defined ring at the top.
