FOR SALE- Power apparatus crossarm mounting bracket. $3 each. This bracket is normally used to mount power fuse cutouts or lightning arresters to a wooden crossarm. The L shaped galvanized steel bracket comes complete with the mounting carriage bolts and the back strap. See Drawing. The brackets also serve as handy mounts for attaching a crossarm to be displayed on a wall or fence posts. See Photo. Just mount the L bracket to the wood with lag bolts and make sure the top carriage bolt is inserted backwards before mounting. Set the crossarm in it and mount the back straps on the front of your crossarm using the top carriage nut and bolt only. The strap will cinch up tight holding the crossarm with 1 bolt.
