The best 20% or so of my collection, displayed in the formerly earthquake-ravaged north-facing window of my apartment home. This is the only window I have that I can display insulators in. The others all swing open from the side with a hand crank, and nothing can be put in them.

The three large insulators on the case in front of the window are only there for the picture; they usually live on the floor so they don't get broken when Mamma Nature goes on the r*g and starts shaking up the Johnson household like she has on several recent occasions. :) These shelves have been retrofitted so insulators can't just fly out by themselves (or with nature's help) like they did last winter.

That building you see outside is my view... it is a swanky hotel for rich people and movie stars... who knows what Hollywood celeb has eyed my insulator collection from their "room with a view" across the street. :-O
