went to a yard sale yesterday and got this near mint, wide saddle groove 257. The gentleman I bought it from says he has more. He was part of a construction crew hired to demolish an army base in Alabama. Along with the glass he also was able to save some porcelain pieces. Plans are for him to pick up the pieces ( located out of state) and bring them back to Kentucky. So maybe in a couple of weeks I can say: And now for the rest of the story.
