Had a 3 day stretch of time off from work and decided not to waste the days away sitting at home playing on the computer :) Went down towards Madison Georgia through to Covington hunting small portions of the Georgia Railroad along the way. Some areas were just TOO grown up with weeds to find anything and the chiggers were out in full force (you ought to see my legs!!) Half the day I was only finding clear glass or broken stuff, but things did get a little better towards the end. Even got pulled over by a local Sheriff's deputy asking what I was doing, and after a little explaining, was told just to be careful. We ended up talking glass a bit too!! All in all, pretty good day!!

First piece of glass found was this CREB still attached to a lower bracket of a pole. Unfortunately, it was broken, so it didn't come home with me :(
