Re-posting this one since I still have it, and one like this sold earlier in the week for more money. I thought perhaps someone out there is still looking for one... and this one has character! Looks like this one served its time in the field well. Huge flashover scar that melted the glaze in one large spot, and also has a small tobacco-stain colored spot at the 2 o'clock position on the umbrella too. Still has original soot and lots of it, haven't attempted to clean it, figured someone out there would appreciate the character this piece brings. An area of numerous small BB-type pings, visible in this pic on the front of the crown. Four small round spots on the umbrella's edge that appear to be bubbles that popped during firing are the only other things worth noting that I see. Asking $100 + actual shipping. Thanks for looking! Sept 9 -- REDUCED to $85 + actual shipping... thanks for looking! PS -- Forgot to add that although I would prefer the $$$, i would also be open to trades, specifically "killer" junky CD 143's, especially Montreal Telegraph, GNW, or Great Northwestern ones. What have you? Show me yours ;-) !! Thanks, Mike. |
