Here is a Dominion-9 with the factory quality inspection label still with it. The mfr date on the tag matches the date code on the insulator's rear skirt. Insulator's condition is mint. Label has Dominion Glass Co LTD. Wallaceburg WKS. and indicates the mould #,stock #,exact weight, the machine used, an eldon press, mfr date of Oct 26 1963,and inspector's initials. Paper label is yellowed and very brittle and I have jigsaw puzzled it back together as best as it can be done and it is quite readable. Top reads #9 pony insulator. Rare to find any of the original inspection forms with any insulators and will make a nice addition to any collection. $24 + shipping.
