I bought this insulator about two weeks ago at a "permanent" tag sale along a major road in Lancaster County, PA. There were eight insulators on the table. Seven of the eight were damaged and overpriced commons. This one was the only oddball in the bunch. It was almost black with train soot and it didn't have a price sticker. The seller wanted $5 because it was so filthy. CD 134 (No Embossing) Pennycuick-style. Very close to mint condition.
