This is a rare view of the Pelzer Mills Transmission Line from the Lower Pelzer Dam taken in 1983. On this pole is 6 CD 245s in Aqua still in service on the line. The transmission line was 2 5/8 miles long and carried 3,300 volts of electricity from to the Pelzer Mills No. 1, 2, 3, and 4.
