This Brookfield power piece has some history behind it. The inner skirt is essentially gone. It appears that a lineman deliberatly obliterated the inner skirt to make the insulator work in the service he was using it for. Other than the severely damaged inner skirt, the rest of the insulator is in great condition; one thin match head flake on the outer skirt. Oh, and did I mention that there's a 1" piece of fire brick in the glass? I'll post another picture showing that. Color on this one appears to be green aqua to me; an unlisted color for this piece.
