Just in from Brazil, this VFO multipart glass power insulator. Discussions with Mr. N. R. Woodward have concluded that this is a new CD style. As far as I know, this is the one of two specimens known at this time. Both the top and bottom pieces are marked VFO. The picture shows the rear, which contains the only damage to the piece. There is a flat flake off the base, and another off the edge of the upper cable guide, both visible in the picture. The color is typical for VFO insulators, an icey green aqua. $300 postpaid.
