These insulators come fron Europe and when I inquired as to their use, I was told they were used for low voltage, bare wire house applications for things such as phones, door bells, etc...This one is pink with a light lavendar tinge and condition is mint. Smaller than a penny. I have 2 of these and they're the same. $35 shipped each.
