This aqua ECM is the "B" mould variant. It is an extremely distinctive piece as can be seen in the second photo because of the massive base. Formed by extra glass being pushed into the mould, instead of the very frail, tapered base seen on so many ECMs, this fat boy has a rounded base which approaches 1/2" in thickness and actually protrudes below the outside surface of the insulator. When the base plate was removed the usual micro flaking occured only on the outer surface, as shown in the second photo.

There is an open bubble on the fat, rolled portion of the base, but it is small and only adds character. The usual "stress" lines found on most ECMs can be seen in the body of the piece. Extremely nice condition, and what "character"!!! $285 plus $10 postage
