Up for sale this evening is a rather odd Hemingray CD 145 with a very scarce embossing error. This one is listed most closely as a [065] Hemingray CD 145, with "HEMINGRAY" on the front skirt, and "No. 21" on the rear skirt. The odd part of this embossing is that there appears to be an extra character underneath the "1" that was simply stamped over top of. It looks like the mould-maker accidentally stamped a second "2", instead of a "1", and then simply stamped the "1" over top of it! The price guide listing says something is blotted out beneath the "1", but this just looks like someone stamped right over top of the "2"! The colour of this one is a pretty standard medium aqua.

This one is in great shape, with just 3 partially nicked drips by the look of things, and a bit of scratching in the wire groove. It looks like there is the beginnings of a thin wire groove flake with no glass missing about 1/8" long on the rear upper wire ridge. I would call this one "NM".

I am asking $18.00 U.S. plus shipping for this very difficult to find embossing error piece. I accept PayPal, and personal cheques or money orders from any member of ICON, or anyone I've dealt with before. Please feel free to email me for more photos, or with any questions. I encourage you to look through my "For Sale (Not Sold)" stock, and combine items to save on shipping. All the best!
