This wonderful cobalt blue LRB is embossed, as shown: SHINN SYSTEM. These were offered by the W.C. Shinn Manufacturing Company out of Lincoln, NE. They were located in Chicago earlier, and this may be from the Chicago era. Not a fancy pattern of LRB, but the embossing and color make it a gem.
