This is an Italian 3 piece insulator embossed on the top section MIVA M 312 CA and its a really nice light icey green or icey sage green color. Great condition with no chips, cracks or flakes. Only thing I see is some base rubs just from sitting on it and a couple very tiny pecks here and there. Otherwise its probably as close to Mint as you could get. Very clean and shiney.
