Nice Butterscotch U-460A (I think)...embossed LOCKE/8881/USA/V on the front skirt. The signal beside it is just for size comparison. I know nothing about Porcelain but I got a box of them in a collection I purchased. I don't see anything at all wrong with it. $5.00 plus postage.
