This cobalt blue HEMAH insulator has to be one of the two most well-travelled in the workd!

I purchased this, and one other, from an e-bay seller in Belarus, on January 31. The seller mailed them out promptly. The package then sat in a Bela-Russian Customs warehouse for eight days, then was sent onwards to New York City, where it sat for another 8 days in a US Customs warehouse, then mysteriously dropped off of the "radar screen". ......

Fast forward to about three weeks later, when the package arrived in Lima, Peru, where it spent nearly another week in Peruvian Customs, then it got sent back to the USA, via California, then back to NYC, and then finally arrived in North Carolina, after travelling around the world for fifty days!

Her excellent packaging assured that the two fragile insulators arrived in perfect, unblemished condition.

So, don't give up on those international transactions, as sometimes unexpected things can happen on the way.
