Here's the flume pipe entering the back of the station from uphill. This pre-dates electric welding, so it's all rivets on the piping. The intakes were 2 miles away! We didn't explore up the pipe to look for a communications/control circuit line. Lots of powerplants had a pole line up alongside the flume for the control of flood gates, etc.
