Interesting bushing or stand off, no embossing and assumed to be foreign. This is a three piece unit with top and bottom ring sections attached to main body. What makes it most interesting is the center body is cast in solid yellow green glass, but the two applied end pieces are a teal aqua shade. Each end has a 2-1/2" recess, but one is filled with a cut-off piece of solid steel. There's a one inch diameter chip on the reverse number two ring (from the top) and a couple other small pecks. Really neat, showy piece in solid glass that weighs nearly seven pounds. $65 plus actual shipping.
