This is only the second porcelain insulator in this style known to exist. It is incuse marked FCAB, which stands for Ferrocarril Antofagasta y Bolivia, or translated, The Antofagasta (Chile ) and Bolivia Railroad. It is 3 1/8" high by 2 3/4" wide and has a 5/8" diameter pinhole. It also has an inner skirt. It appears V VNM+ to me. $140 postpaid.
