Aside from some rust in the wire groove, I can't find anything wrong with this CD 100 Surge with a carbon filled bubble that starts in the S in surge and trails down and upward through the .PAT. stopping after the E in surge. I have never seen any other surges with junk or bubbles, asking 45.00 I pay postage.
