Union Pacific's Western Pacific heritage unit sits on train MASNL 28 at Dupo, IL, 2/28/2010. The trench next to the pole line appears to be for conduit that will replace the pole line. They've been working on it the last couple weeks, and some of the hardware installed along the trench is signal code related.
