Without my multipart book, I can't recall what these are, maybe M-2290s? Anyway, they are on a 12 kV line that was once probably something else. It appears to have once been wired delta, now wye with a neutral below the frame of the picture. Some of the other insulators on this line are M-2611As. Gray Summit, MO, 2/26/2010.
