This piece was tucked away in our wall rafters, beneath a window sill. Our home was built in 1852~54. The chamberstick is cobalt blue with gold flowers; a thin enameled pottery akin to a teacup saucer, with a hole near the bottom of the "stack" where the hot wax could drip out. No marks or signatures on bottom. Any information appreciated. I cannot find any books/websites on chambersticks. Please help! David |
