This one is embosseed Embossed EIV on the top front of the spool and A22 on the back top. On the botton part of it there is a number 20. Its a super green color and looks really great displayed. I believe this is french but not positive. It was purchased from an antique shop in ohio about 20 or 25 years ago where Ray Klingensmith had some insulators for sale at his familys antique shop. Its in MINT condition. I can't find a ding on it anywhere. $15.00 dollars plus postage to anywhere in the US.
