This is a true work of art! The scan doesn't show it too well, but this is a draft of the YPCIC club logo which many of us know so well. It comes complete with erasures, white-out, and pencil sketches. Around 1993 [id=271977707; the logo was refined slightly] based on a drawing seen in an insulator catalog.

On the reverse is a note written by Charlie reminding whoever is in possession of it to be careful: "This is the one & only original of our design. Take good care of it." I assume this was written by Charlie Angevine who was an early club member.

It is my hope to get many of these items digitized and rehoused in acid-free binders and sheet protectors so they can be enjoyed for years to come!

I plan to have the entire collection on display at the Yankee Pole Cat Insulator Club's annual show in Enfield, Connecticut on March 21. I hope you can make it!
