This is one foreign piece that is tough to acquire in good condition. It is a newer light green aqua insulator and has the original plastic thimble in the pinhole. The insulator is mint except for a tiny 1/2" crack on the base of the inner skirt which ends with a tiny flake.

A badly damaged example in light aqua sold for $55 plus shipping. You can get this VNM insulator from Brazil for $95 plus shipping.
