With the talk about the banded Italian U/m insulators, I though it could be interesting to show a blue banded "cylinderhead" aka Doppelglocke Preussen. This very specimen comes from Moravien in Czech and is probably from the 1900 - 1920 period. These were also used in Germany and Poland. They are also more commonly found with a green band.
