I picked up this CD 134 I think it would be a [080] close. Anyway, the 45 Cliff St is double embossed, with the 2nd, or what I call the Ghost embossing smaller and lower then it should be. Also It looks like the blot-out below is NY . The only really visible part of the normal embossing is the C in the Cliff Is this an unusual one or not?
