We slowed for a stop at Glenwood Springs and I found out why the insulators where still on the poles. See the white piece of paper tacked to the lower portion of the pole? That's a posting by Union Pacific that says anyone trespassing on railroad property will be prosecuted! Seems like the locals take that warning seriously!
